DTF (direct-to-film) transfer is ideal for applying names, numbers and sponsor logos onto jerseys after the base kit is made, offering flexible full-colour detail at lower minimum quantities. Embroidery is used for club crests, captain armbands and premium badge detailing that needs to withstand years of wear.

To preserve print quality, we recommend washing jerseys inside-out on a cold, gentle cycle, avoiding fabric softener and high-heat tumble drying, and air-drying whenever possible. Sublimated prints are the most wash-resistant option, while DTF-printed names and numbers will stay sharp for years with reasonable care.

Artwork & File Requirements

Supply artwork as a high-resolution PDF, AI, PSD or JPEG file at a minimum of 300 DPI at the final print size, along with your player roster in a simple spreadsheet. Our design team will review your file, advise on the best print method for your kit, and send a digital proof before production begins.
