Embroidery is the premium choice for corporate, hospitality, sports and uniform caps. Thread colours are vibrant and colourfast, the finish is durable enough to survive hundreds of washes, and the textured raised appearance communicates quality. It is the preferred method for logos that use up to 8–10 colours and that need to look consistent across years of daily use.
Screen printing is the best value option for large promotional runs where cost per unit matters. It produces a sharp, flat print in up to 6 spot colours, dries quickly and is well-suited to simple, bold logo artwork. Minimum order quantities are higher than embroidery for screen printing to be cost effective.
Sublimation is the only method that allows unlimited colours, gradients, photographs and all-over panel designs. It requires polyester fabric and is the default choice for sports teams wanting photographic quality or fashion brands wanting edge-to-edge artwork.
3D puff embroidery is a technique where foam is placed beneath the embroidery stitches to create a raised, three-dimensional effect. It is particularly popular for streetwear, sports team caps, and retail private label collections where a bold, standout logo is part of the brand's identity. Puff embroidery works best with bold, solid lettering or simple shapes, and is available in our full thread colour range.
We supply and decorate baseball caps (6-panel and 5-panel structured and unstructured), snapback caps, trucker caps with mesh backs, dad hats, bucket hats, military-style flat bill caps, sports dry-fit caps and knitted beanies. Fabrics include 100% cotton twill, brushed cotton, polyester, polycotton blends, wool blends and moisture-wicking performance fabrics for sport applications. Closure options include adjustable plastic snapback, Velcro, fabric strap with D-ring buckle, and fitted elastic sizing.
For embroidery, we accept vector artwork in AI, EPS or PDF format. Our in-house team handles all digitising — converting your vector logo into a stitch file optimised for your cap fabric. For screen printing and heat transfer, supply artwork in AI, EPS or high-resolution PDF at CMYK colour mode. For sublimation, supply a full panel design at 150 DPI minimum at actual cap panel dimensions. We send a digital proof and, on request, a physical sample before any full production run begins.
If you are building a retail cap collection, we offer a complete private label service — cap sourcing and quality approval, decoration, custom woven inner labels, tyvek or paper hang tags with your barcode, and branded outer packaging.
